This is Leonardo da Vinci's famous painting, The Last Supper.

"This is My body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of Me."(Luke 22:19)
"This cup is the new covenant in My blood."(1 Corinthians 11:25)

Communion is a time to remember once again the gospel—that Jesus Christ gave His life for us.

It is also a time to confess that we do not live by our own goodness, but by the grace of Jesus Christ.

Communion is both a personal act of faith and a sacred celebration shared by the body of Christ.

As we remember the death and resurrection of Jesus, we are united as one in His grace, called to live in repentance and love, and to wait with hope for His glorious return.

Communion is the holy table of the new covenant.
